A guy quoted USD 2025 for 1.8m offset. Those things are meant for VSAT not FTA junkies like us. And Vsat has never been cheap. Trick is to find an abandoned and convince the owner how 'that thing isn't very important but you want it'. Ofcourse at a throw away price.

I am getting it on DVB-T2 STB. They are on test basis. So far I can only get two Kenyan channels, Ki*s TV HD and Ka*s TV. All the other channels seem foreign. A search on this TV company returns a station in Lithuania.

I think Bamba Tv is affiliated to Radio Africa group. They bought out the old Oxygen Digital Tv (ODTv) that used to transmit in the early 2000s on digital terrestrial platform. I think back then they had about nine channels and used to charge 900 bob p.m.

Very good question which I have no answer to. My wild guess would be they are tracking low earth orbit sats for communication purposes. some of those have orbits that ran from north to south.

After much tweaking and sweating, no 3729 on 10e. Have sayare @ 70%, 3741 @ 75%, and 4039 @ 82%. Using srt4922 and 8ft p.f BUD to nab this bird. Any advise gurus, any pointers will be highly appreciated.

This weekend revisited this unfinished project, with a different LNB Eurostar es21. After placing it 3729 hit green with 74% quality. Very satisfied with this not a little bit more tweaking to maximize signal coz it was cracking and intermittent no signal. @ Elyakim it is possible to nab this bird. PM to continue discussion.
