The seller offered free shipping so total cost was Kshs 454.91 ( $5.1)
Still on issue of duty, I imported a Qsat 13g decoder via DHL. Picked it last week and was pleasantly surprised when it didn't attract duty. The cheapest deal locally was Kshs 12k, managed to get it at $101.9 from Aliexpress.

To enable patch, press F1 then 6969. To access cccam server menu, press F1 then 8281. To access BISS menu, go to Menu >INSTALLATION>PATCH MENU.

The way to access it is, if for instance you're on Luthuli Avenue, walk up to the Luthuli/River Road junction then take a right turn. After about two buildings, you'll come upon an alleyway on your right labelled Luthuli Lane. you'll find Riwara hapo mbele on your right side.

Try and remove the HDMI cable and use the RCA cable instead if problem still there and its still in warranty then return it where you bought
it. Out of warranty? then open it up and clean the PCB board using Dry
cleaner maybe the problem is just rust build up on the processors legs.

Hope the seller declares it as a sample or gift. Also depends on method of shipment, if through Post Office then the likelihood of paying tax is high. Should it be held at customs, declare the true value. Duty is never charged on freight so it's important to know the FOB price.
