Interesting observation! Too bad I can't argue with your assessment since I only have used the 777. I deem it appropriate, however, that you could possibly back up your claim with objective statistics regarding the percentages you obtained for each lnb, the test conditions (cloudy/clear sky), the bird's tps and their polarization.....and such. Otherwise your observation remains just that sir.

Dont relegate the good ol' Sm777 especially where you have no interference on circular satellites it easily outperforms the others.
The 777 is in that position because it's a fake one. Yet to lay my hand on the genuine one which nowadays is rare to find.

Haha .. i know you're feeling offended because I put your favorite 777 last. Just to clarify it's a fake one that's very common in the market now

I gauged their performance by testing them on 68.5 freq 3740. on clear evenings using a 4955 and a 240cm pf.

777 couldn't get anything; Pauxis combo couldn't get anything; escd 21 could only get a seriously cracking 80%; gold plus gets unstable 83 - 80% still cracking alot. Disappears totally at 8pm
PX-2000; miracles!. A stable 89% dancing 24/7.

I also observed that the PX2000 performs best on the lower side of cband ie; 3xxx frequencies and is slightly poorer on the 4xxx frequencies. Inversely Eurostar gold plus registers better performance on the higher end of the cband spectrum ie 4xxx frequencies and poorly on the lower end that's why it couldn't pin 3740.

Could have posted photos but I found that offends many.

Ofcourse that supermax is purely fake, es 21 is outperformed by 777 but pauxis beats with bases of no interference

Freq! Where can I find more information about this pauxis 2000 model? I can't resist to ask you! And don't mind my why's, hehehe some of us like to know why does that super Lnb Pauxis, not just the 2000 model, does not appear in ALIEXPRESS, EBAY AND AMAZON.?

Also can you talk about that 200 kalvin on Pauxis box because with my little knowledge, the lower the noise floor the better the signal thus the lower the K rating the higher the gain and thats the better. Of course I understand that sometimes what's in theory is not always the same in practical. Thank you.

Not at all offended sir! The forum involves a lot of learning and I take no offense in being corrected.

Yes finally I find your claim a lot more subjective, and not the hypothetical conjecture it was minus the statistical back up. It seems that unlike in ku where all are agreed that inverto single ultra is the undisputed king, the C band case is not yet settled (at least for now as we wait for Let Love Reign to give us more on the Titanium C1 PLL) going by the comments of the other forumers.

This is so because on the same bird and tp (3740), I get watcheable percentages of upto 63 on a freesat combo, with a five year old 777 for the better part of the day, only losing them in the late afternoon on a 180cm pf. Am very surprised you could not hit it on a 240cm pf. I will definitely attempt to acquire the other lnbs for a better comparison soon.

That was my agle too! Its a bit of a piece of cake for me to have my grip on it in day time using an old 777 gulf star LNB and 180 cm dish. That pushed me to think just a little increase will do the trick. And If I remember corectly, just three months ago, before the rain season started i had it 24/7 then just after the rain season came in I started hitting it during the day and that's still easy!
Another thing I think also comes in to play is a receiver!
Using ( I believe a knockoff) hometech receiver used to give me trouble, yet at the same time just changing the receiver to a very very old mediacom hits it at 49 and with a little tweaking it goes to 51 this is now. Back then if I could hit 55 on Mediacom then the hometech combo had it 63. That's when it stayed 24/7.
Now strange enough after I got Freesat v8 golden I experience a little increase in strength and the gripping is a bit firm.
For example purposely I could set the dish where the Mediacom had *BO 65, with this reading there is no way 3740 comes in dancing but now with Freesat V8 golden they read 58 and almost unwatchable.

a tale goes that the manufacturer originally intended to print 20 degrees K on the package. But an error happened and the degrees symbol became a zero and it became 200K. Anyway the 200k made it stand out in the market and thats how they maintained it.

adapted from sat guys US.

PAUXIS C-BAND ONE CABLE SOLUTION LNBF Model PX-2000 200K

Also, most noise temperature specifications are marketing lies. and Pauxis manufacturer could be trying to prove that to people by giving a top performing LNB a ridiculous noise figure thus telling you "hey, noise figures are non sense. see this 200k lnb beat a 17k lnb ten fold ! " Psychological games my friend.

today I tracked af*n n 57e n 68.5 hb.*o with supermax 777 n got them but when I changed lnb to pauxis combo c/kuband I got nothing what could be the issue
