All the things you mentioned can be proven logically, mathematically and by experiment.Before i answer your question, let me say this;
Everything you see, you touch, you hear and feel is energy. your brain just interpret for you to understand... And the proton your eyes detect and give the information of what is in front you is very small part of light spectrum which is visible light, we have microwave,x-rays,gamma rays and radio waves they are all light but your eyes don't detect them...so by say that everything is merely an interpretation and and how can you prove the the existence energy you can not detect but see it effect but also what if your interpretation of the effect is mislead...you may start by question your own existence first because what you see is just small part of you based on the frequency your brain can decode.
So unless your brain or man-made device can decode God frequency that when the world can scientifically prove his existence for now just respect that there is energy that is above your reach of understand and respect that!

either it doesn't mean God don't exist...because you can prove the existence of something when your not looking...your on the different level of frequency...it give you comfort to blind yourself the other side does not exist because its fog and you can not comprehendOK. The moon does not exist. Fine.
But that does not prove God exists.
