[FONT=&quot]Think of a number. Double it. Add six. Half it. Take away the number you started with. Your answer is three.

let mi try mee
step1
think of a number let say x
step2 double it x times 2=2x
step 4 take away the number you started with 2x+6-x=x+6

now tutengeneze eqn x+6=3therefore x=-9

so hiyo no ni -9 meeeeeeeeeeeeen

Proof by simple algebra.

Assume a number,call it x, double it equal 2x,add 6 equal 2x+6, half it equal x+3,subtact number you began with i.e x+3-x answer equals 3 as stipulated.
