What's the bad/dangerous thing(s) you can't stop doing?

Hi guys.

Truthfully, I am a night owl for years now. Staying up late, while having to get up early the next morning. I have been walking up a bit tired, dizzy and hard to get productive work done in the mornings .

I always promise myself that, I can never let this happen again. I will change, I will go to bed earlier and sleep, but it keeps happening. I always say "just ten more pages" then I picked another 20,30,40 pages to read before I go and end up going to bed at midnight.

Sometimes I feel like I am a politician who keeps promising change but doesn't care enough to keep it. You see, I do care but it's just I cant stop from happening even though I know what I'm doing is not good for my health , I do it anyway.

Lastly, Popping any pimples. I use my nails. It feels good till it leaves scar that's when regret takes over. I know it's a bad habit and I need to and I want to stop but whatever reason I seem to be unable to. I just don't think I will ever be able to stop it.

Guys what is something that is bad for you and you know it, but you still keep on doing it?

Kuna kipindi nilifanya Meditation ya kusaka usingizi hali ikapungua kidogo. Maana nilikua nikianza napotelea huko huko usingizini. (Nishaacha mambo ya tahjudi)

Mimi nikikaa usiku bila simu au movie nakuwa nawaza sana muda nwingine nafikiria hadi vitu vya kipuuzi ndio nikawa na relax kwenye games.
So kama ni ubongo mkuu kuwa na hyo hali lazima kuna mazoe flani ulipitia mfano mtu anayeamka kila siku sa 11 kwenda kazini hta siku akiacha lazima ubongo wake utakua ushatengeneza hyo ratiba.

Imefikia hatua bila tungi kichwani basi hata mmbu akitua juu ya bati naskia kishindo chake.
