Duh! Hivi tulitokaga lini kwenye ile nafasi yetu ya 3. Naona hata hii ya 22 tumepewa tu maana sion mabadiliko makubwa kiasi hicho kwa wananchi ukilinganisha wakati huu na kipindi kile tupo nafasi ya tatu. Anyway acha hayo mataifa ya nje yatupambe kwamba umaskini unapungua Tanzania lakini viongozi wetu wanaujua ukweli kwamba umaskini bado ni tatizo kubwa Tanzania.
