Business Development Executive (Sales)
Location: Dar es Salaam
Promo Pro Africa Limited is looking for a highly motivated, ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our corporate client base.
About Us
Promo Pro Africa Limited is a branding and marketing solutions company specializing in promotional merchandise, corporate gifts, event branding, printing, and creative marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate customer orders from quotation to delivery.
• Prepare weekly sales reports.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, confident and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Remuneration
- Basic Salary: TZS 300,000 per month
- Attractive Sales Commission
