Kumbuka F6 ni Formal education
1. Kuna watu wanamaliza Std 7 wanadrop na ku opt kufanya Biashara+ Ufundi
Not necessary ufike F6 au University ndo ueze kuendeleza nchi.
Mtu aliemaliza std 7 aka opt Ufundi au F4 alieamua kufanya VETA anaweza kuwa the best ktk industry kuliko hao unaowataka % yao iongezeke F6.
3. Usi force kila mtu afike F6 au Universities!! Anaweza akafika F6 akapata Div 0 au IV !!
Elimu ni Facts= Science Mtihani umewekwa anaefaulu hata akiwa kijijini basi acha apite. Anaefeli afanye mambo mengine.
4. Tusiabudu White color job sio lazima kufika F6 + university

Kwanza kabisa nisamehe nitachanganya lugha.

Pili, nimejaribu kufanya a quick search nikichukulia mfano wa US - the land of opportunities, as they claim - tuangalie a few facts:
1. Millionaires (with at least $1 million net worth) ni asilimia takribani tatu (3%) tu ya wamarekani wote. This is like 11.8 million households.
2. Halafu ukiacha kumaliza tu sekondari na vyuo, hata aina ya shule na vyuo ina athari kwenye mafanikio: In 2017, 80% ya Forbes' most powerful people attended elite schools, 94% of Fortune 500 CEOs attended college/an elite school, 91% of Forbes billionaires attended college/an elite school, etc.

Most people have to conform to the norm to survive.

I concur with your argument!!
US, UK, Japan, China wapo very keen with Education sector. Soma Kitabu cha THINK BIG & GIFTED HANDS utaona jinsi yule Daktari bingwa wa Neuro surgery (Dr. Ben Carson) Alivyo struggle against his odds while he is schooling. When He was at Saphamore level (F4 level) he used to get low Grades!! Which means ilibidi awe anashinda kusoma vitabu vingi + kuongeza jitihada za kusoma.
Even kufanya kazi NASSA huwa wanaselect the most Cream student!!!

Researches zikifanyika unaweza kukuta ni other Variable factors zina influence political consciousness!!!
Unataka kuniambia Professor wa chuo kikuu ndo wapo bora ktk political participitation comparable to F4 leavers???
Tuache siasa Watanzania.

Hebu twende pamoja kwenye hili:

Japo political consciousness and participation ni beyond the ballot box, political apathy comes with the lack of ability to exact change when you are conscious of the change you expect.

Tu discuss Tanzania yetu tu

Sasa unaponiuliza hao dropper out wapo wapi.
Hilo ni childish Qn.
Mtu anaweza kuamua kufanya Biashara zake au aka opt kwenda VETA, Certificate, Diploma
Na bado yupo sahihi tu.
Nashangaa Mbunge anaeuliza swali bungeni anataka kujua kwa nini ufaulu umepungua ktk mwaka husika!!
Dont try to play with Education system. Wanaofaulu tu ndio waendelee ngazi husika wengine watumie other Alternative means.
Huwezi kulazimisha Ufaulu uwe 80% utaua Taifa!!
We need High & Quality Workforce!!

Wengi wamebaki hapa kati.
