Ningependa kujua mshahara au kipato kwa nafasi za sales, sales representative, freelencer .
kwa waliowahi kuwepo pale au waliopo itakua vizuri zaidi...
Hili litasaidia ku bagain katika interview.

Nashkuru mkuu.., inabidi nitaje angalau kiwango kinachoridhisha maana mtaani hali tete.
 
Unfortunately vijana wengi wa kitanzania hawajui thamani yao...nadhani pia kwa sababu hawajui pia gharama walizoingia wazazi wao kulipia elimu yao vyuoni.
Mkuu interview ya kwanza ukiwa umetoka shule na maisha yamebana unaona liwalo na liwe unashangaa unataja ndogo badae unaanza kujilaumu.
Mimi nilipata kampuni moja hivi katika bargaining wakaniuliza takehome nikawaambia 1m huku nikiona nimetaja pesa kubwa wakakubali nilifurahi kinoma kuja kugundua badae wazoefu nilioingia nao wanachukua takehome 2m. Iliniuma sana na nikajifunza hapo.
Baada ya miezi 10 ikaja kampuni nyingine ilikuwa na shida kinoma na wafanya kazi maana iliingia mkataba na serikali huku haikuwa na wafanyakazi walivyoniuliza kuhusu takehome nikataja 2.5m na wakanipa.
Hizi kazi acha tu.

Nikaambiwa mbona wenzangu wote wameweka scales za chini, of which the highest was 800k. My reply was simple, " I suppose that is the value of their knowledge and skills". Yule mzungu akauliza kama mimi ni Mbongo, nikamwambia mie ni Mtanzania. He stood up to shake my hand. Tuliajiriwa watatu na kila mmoja alilipwa alichoatamka kwenye interview. Sasa wale wenzangu walipotaka kulalamika wakaambiwa but this is what you bade in the interview. Confidence inakuongezea thamani yako

Thaxs for a good advice, it must stick to the mind,but some company and organisations they have their scales..We better know first their ranges through investigation.

Ni kweli kila taasisi ina scales zake. Lakini huwa zinaweka kwamba kwa mtu wa kada fulani maximum ni kiwango fulani so ikitokea umekwenda beyond what they can offer huwa wanasema, especially wakigundua your potentiality. Wengine kwenye matangazo yao huwa wanaweka kabisa offer ya salary sasa wewe ukifika hakuna negotiations. Na kama hawajaweka offer, na kwenye interview hawajakuuliza kuhusu salary, then wewe waulize kuwa watakulipa bei gani. Kumbuka pale mko kwenye biashara. Your knowledge and skills are the commodities which you're selling. So you know the value of your commodities
 
What's your value? Wewe hofu yako ni ipi? You have value, wao ndio waanze kubargain. You tell them how much you think you deserve
Ni kweli mkuu, unatakiwa upange bei kulingana na thamani yako na ndo maana mwaweza kuwa kampuni moja & postions zinazofanana bt different salaries.

Ila kwa Bongo its very rare applicable, na hivi ajira ni shida!

Mkuu I had a friend alifanya interview pale Mwananchi communications in 2012 if I remember correctly, jamaa walipomuuliza salary aliwaambia 1.5. They negotiated mpaka wakagota 1.2, na jamaa yangu alikuwa vizuri sana they did not want to lose him. Baadae alipata offer nzuri RFI akaachana nao. Walijaribu kuongeza dau to retain him but they failed to persuade him. Na hiyo ilikuwa ni ndani ya miezi mitano tu tangu aanze kazi. So kwenye interview they don't just drop you kwakua you demand big pay, sometimes wanajaribu kufanya assessment ya unachotaka kulipwa na input utakayoleta kwenye taasisi.

Soma mazingira, ukiona kuna wazungu kwenye panel ya interviewers taja kiwango juu, ukiona ni weusi ila accent zao sio za kibongo taja mshahara wa juu, na pia kama kampuni ni ya nje hasa overseas taja mshahara wa juu ila ukiona ni wabongo, taja wa kati au wa kawaida tu!
