Security agencies have cordoned off the People’s Front for Freedom (PFF) offices on Katonga Road, preventing members from accessing the premises where Juma prayers had been planned for Dr. Kizza Besigye and former Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago, who are facing treason charges.
