Jiandae kwa diet hii
Asubuhi saa moja: maziwa fresh ya moto na mayai ya kuchemsha mawili.

Saa nne asubuhi: glass mbili za juice ya miwa.

Saa saba mchana: ugali wa dona na foil ya samaki au nyama na mbogamboga.

Saa tisa adhuhuri: glass 2 za fresh juice ya ukwaju/ miwa.

Kumi na mbili jioni: mchemsho wowote.

Saa mbili usiku: supu ya pweza na pweza wake, valuer bapa na redbul moja.

Saa nne usiku: kama timu pinzani ishaingia uwanjani anza mtanange.
 
Hii ni diet ya waranda mbao isipokua hapo penye valuer weka ganja.

yaani elfu thelathini kujiandaa tu wakati huo ni mshahara wa mfanyakazi wa ndani mkuu upo seriously kweli na maisha!!!
