The Philippine Eagle [emoji1659] Monkey-Eating Eagle is a critically endangered species, Only about 600-700 believed to be alive.
This is considered as the Largest of Eagles in height and wingspan. It weigh about 4.5 to 9 kg, height 3 to 3.4 feet with a wingspan of 6 to 7 feet. The life span is about 40 to 60 years. This Eagle can carry a pray of upto 12 kg. It hunts almost all small animals including small pigs and deer. A pair of eagles territory is about 130 km. This is the National Bird of Philippines and hunting it is strictly punishable with heavy fine and 10 years jail terms.
