Mlo wa binadamu kwa siku unapaswa kuwa asilimia 80 mboga za majani na matunda na asilimia 20 iliyobaki vyakula vingine ambavyo si matunda au mboga mboga. Lakini kwa sehemu kubwa sisi huishi kinyume chake!!!.

Ishara za mwanzo kabisa za asidi kuunguzwa ndani katikati ya seli au kwa maneno mengine asidi kuzidi kwenye seli za mwili na madhara ya kijenetiki ambayo yanaweza kujionesha, ni maumivu mbalimbali yanayozidi kujitokeza katika mwili.


Kutegemea na kiasi cha upungufu wa maji mwilini na namna na eneo lenyewe asidi ilipojijenga (ambayo ingeondolewa kwa kuongeza kunywa maji tu), maumivu maalumu ya mwili hujitokeza. Maumivu hayo yanajumuisha; kiungulia (heart burn), vidonda vya tumbo (peptic ulcers) maumivu ya moyo (angina), maumivu sehemu ya chini ya mgongo (lower back pain), yabisi (rheumatoid), maumivu ya kichwa (migraine headaches), homa za asubuhi kwa kina mama wajawazito n.k




Watu wengi siku hizi hawawezi kuishi bila kumeza aina fulani ya dawa ya kupunguza maumivu.
