And when it comes to all the high-tech packed into Tesla's cars, it doesn't get much better thanAutopilot.
Autopilot allows Tesla cars sold after October 2014 to steer themselves and change lanes, avoid obstacles and barriers, and even parallel park themselves.
It's the first step towards Tesla cars becoming fully autonomous: Tesla CEO Elon Musk says in two years your car could travel across the country in order to find you, knowing how and when to refuel along the way.
Until Tesla cars are fully autonomous though, most customers will be experiencing what Autopilot has to offer.
