Hi G.Thinkers

My observation on so many political, economic, and social crisis in Tanzania is a result of incompetence in the management , negotiation, and crisis solving skills.

Leadership is a question of academy. It is learned in school. There are principles of good leadership and are all tackled in the management principles. Most of our political leaders lack management skills and fill the gap by using political decisions which are nothing else but lies threats and propaganda. Magwe Pande forest, assassination plots, Mahakama ya kazi deciosons on Doctors crisis are clear evidence of what I am saying.

Worst of all they lack negotiation skills. That is why Doctors strike took off smoothly and them (leaders) mismanaged it, and fail to negotiate to strike the best deal out of their demands. That is why they enter into dubious contracts because they have no idea on how to negotiate. Mtu hawezi ongea kiingereza fasaha kuchallenge the other side badala yake anaishia tu Yes, yes, yes, yaaa, yaaa ,yaaa, huku tunaibiwa vibaya .
