She is using her tremendous success to bring attention to much more than just her music.

And on Thursday, Demi Lovato took to Instagram to share a breathtaking photo of herself - wearing full African Maasai garb and bead work - with her whopping 52.1m followers.

The 24-year-old hit-maker looked overjoyed as she posed for the picture, taken during an off-moment on her volunteer trip working on behalf of the We organization at the Maasai Mara National Reserve.

The Skyscraper songstress had her brunette tresses styled functionally into two tight french braids.

She accessorized with a colorful Maasai beaded headband and matching earrings, traditionally handmade by the women of the ethnic group of southern Kenya.

Sad..that Spike Lee and this young musician Demi Lovato have a combined twitter following of 100 million and we missed the opportunity to market Kenya..Some 1 like Spike should have been accorded a TV interview and urged to come back and film a movie in Kenya...Lakini ni makelele tu oh...Raila this Uhuru that...Joho blah blah...na NDUALE na mdomo wake...

Its true what are saying BUT for the international stars kama hawa its not giving them a TV interview, to secure one from them it gonna take an eternity. their management handle their brand in highly professional manner and anything which can hurt is usually avoided. The ME to WE slogan is a the USA Walgreens pharmacy effort to support underprivileged in the third world countries! nikienda walgreens US katika tembea tembea zangu napata shanga za akina mama wakimaasai toka Kenya kwa check out na logo ya ME to WE. those stars dont just come to Kenya wengine its supporting a worthy cause and they wont do anything else outside their contract!!

Me to We Water Rafiki Bracelet at $ 5
