Unapo-compromise design yeyote nilazima uzingatie Education na Enforcement

Kwa ufupi maneno yako mazito tungeweza kuyasema kama Ifuatavyo EEE i.e.

hayo ni mambo matatu ambayo kimsingi hutakiwi ku-compromise nayo na hasa ktk ulimwengu huu wa maendeleo ya Miundo mbinu
lack of Education and Enforcement ndio sababu kubwa ya jali nyingi katika barabara zetu,

Engineering aspect inakuwa affected zaidi pale policy makers wanapo-compromise (kupunguza) ktk bajeti za miundo mbinu yetu.........as a result barabara nyingi zina-deteriorate mapema...............hli nalo ni tatizo................kama design ni mbaya Sheria zipo za kuwashtaki waliofanya design na hata Contractors.

Upana wa barabara hutegemea sana Design speed, Type ya barabara, Volume of Traffic, na level of service unayotaka.....................mfano kuna
1.Expressway/Motorway
2.Major Roads/Arterial
3.Collector/Distributor Roads
4.Local Roads i.e residential streets

hizo zote hapo juu kuna standards cross sections width zake kulingana na aina ya magari speed, volume na Level of Service.

"..........Just two lanes for each direction.......".........should be spent in such a way to justify niliyoyasema hapo juu. hata mtoa pesa i.e Serikali/Mfadhili hufuata vigezo hivyohivyo.

Kitu kingine lazime uelewe ni kuwa ukipanua barabara automatically you encourage speeding................jambo ambalo linatakiwa liwe Contained na Enforcement.

kinachofanyika ni kwamba the Right of Way inakuwepo for future expansion na ndio maana ulikuwa ukimuona Magufuli akibomoa watu walioingilia eneo lililohifadhiwa kwa ajili ya barabara, na kama hilo halikufanyika ktk initial masterplan basi serikali hutumia Compulsory Acquisition Act na Ku-compensate the owners kwa market value ya wakati huo.

Nasisitiza tena EEE ndio muhimu kwetu Tanzania

Kwa hiyo unataka kutuambia chanzo cha ajali ni kukosekana kwa air bags kwenye gari ya marehemu??? Yaani kwa kuangalia picha, tayari umeshapata majibu??? Umelichunguza gari kivipi??? Uchunguzi unafanyika kwenye picha???Be serious sam.



Ni watanzania gani wanaoshiriki kujadili mada hapa, unadhani hawajui muundo wa serikali. I think this is too simplistic and overgeneralization.

Wakati wa vita kuu ya dunia, Rais wa Marekani alitoa fungu maalum la pesa (kuongeza kosi0 ili kuhakikisha kuwa barabara zilikuwa ni kubwa, bora na zenye kutoka ng'ambo moja mpaka kwingine ili kurahisisha usafirishaji wa wanajeshi na vyombo vyao kuzuia Taifa lao lisivamiwe.

mmmmhh.......I doubt!!.......this is extremely mis-conception za masterplans and engineering ambazo wenzetu walianza kupractice even before hizo vita kuu

Hizi ajali zinasabababishwa na madereva wanaoendesha kwa kasi kubwa mno.

Madereva haswa wa malori na daladala wako under so much pressure ya kupeleka "hesabu" kwa tajiri na kutengeneza pesa ya kuweka mfukoni. Katika mazingira kama hayo dereva anajaribu ku-squeeze trip mbili ktk muda wa trip moja.


Nakubaliana na wewe kwamba barabara zetu ni nyembamba mno. Lakini kinachonikera zaidi ni miradi ya ujenzi isiyokamilika.

Mradi wa barabara kuu ulianza wakati wa Mzee Mwinyi. Mradi huo bado haujakamilika mpaka leo. Nasubiri ahadi ya kusafiri na gari ndogo toka kagera mpaka ruvuma.

Hata mimi nimeshangaa comments za Mwanamalundi kuhusu ujumbe wako ambao mimi nadhani ulikuwa na points nyingi sana za maana.

Mambo mengine hayahitaji kuweka politics. Sisi wote ni Watanzania na sote tunakufa kwenye hizi ajali. Inatakiwa tuweke siasa pembeni na kutumia kila njia kusaidia kuondoa/kupunguza hili tatizo kubwa la ajali.

Ogah, asante sana, somo kubwa sana hilo, I hope kuna wahusika hapa na kuna kitu watajifunza.

Ideas are always solid foundation in human development. Rather that figuring out how to work on the ideas in place, you raise your hands in defeat and self doubt. Mnacha kujiuliza tujenge vipi kwa umadhubuti (possibilities), mwakimbilia kudais hakuna faida (defeated and poor)!

It is the self denial mentality that hinders Tanzania to make sustainable progress. Living overseas has exposed few of us who have had a chance to be "outside the box". What I see is an opportunity and that does not end in car movements but also development.

You are asking me about capital to build road? Have you forgoten Buzwagi? isn't the revenue from Madini, Utali ina mazao sufficient enough kuwa na fungu kuu la ujenzi wa barabara or we are going to sell the barabara to Indians like TRC?

Everyone rushes to Dar, if we had better roads that connects all the regions, we could have seen balance in developmen and progress.

Angalieni Uchagani, barabara pamoja na kuwa ni nyembamba, lakini ni lami tupu mpaka vijijini. Sasa mpaka Rauya na Kibongoto kuna umeme na maji ya uhakika na watu wanatoka huko maporini kwenda Moshi mjini na Arusha kufanya kazi kwa kuwa barabara zipo na ni bora.

One of the things that I will criticize Mwalimu with his exeptionally vision was lack of understanding of human growth and movement. If yuo recal, he saw no reason to build any roads or water network that was created by Mjerumani in 1919. As a result, Dar faces traffic jams, water shortages and other things that irks wananchi that were due to poor planning or capitalization of resources to prepare for future.

Leo mwaongelea kuhusu road from Cape Town to Cairo the same way Cecil Rhodes dreamt, sasa ukifika Makambako ni hiccups.

Labda niwaulize, iweje mzungu aje kununua Tanganyika Packers na aone kuwa atatengeneza pesa bwelele, sisi tulikiacha kiwe gofu tukasema ni kiwanda kisicho na muhimu?

Hizi ajali zinasabababishwa na madereva wanaoendesha kwa kasi kubwa mno.

BAADHI ya madereva wa viongozi, wakiwamo mawaziri, wamepinga lawama zinazoelekezwa kwao kwamba ni sehemu ya chanzo cha ajali kutokana na kuendesha kwa mwendo wa kasi ya kupindukia.

Wamesisitiza kuwa, wanalazimika kufanya hivyo ili kutekeleza amri ya viongozi hao, ambao hushinikiza gari kuendeshwa kwa kasi ya kupindukia ili waweze kuwahi ratiba ya shughuli zao.Madereva hao walivunja ukimya wao walipozungumza na MTANZANIA, kwa nyakati tofauti Dar es Salaam jana, ikiwa ni siku chache baada ya aliyekuwa Naibu Waziri wa Maendeleo ya Jamii, Jinsia na Watoto, Salome Mbatia, kufariki dunia katika ajali ya gari, mkoani Iringa.

“Wao wenyewe (viongozi) ndiyo wanaopenda speed (mwendo kasi), ndiyo maana wanapenda magari yenye mwendo mkali. Utakuta mtu unasafiri mheshimiwa anakuambia hapo kwenye dash-board mbona sioni chochote. Mzungu kaweka speed 180 siyo mjinga, hizo 40 unamwachia nani” alisema dereva mmoja ambaye pamoja na wenzake walikataa majina yao kuandikwa gazeti ili kulinda ajira zao.

CHANZO cha ajali mbaya iliyotokea eneo la Factory

wilayani Njombe na kusababisha kifo cha Naibu Waziri wa Maendeleo ya Wanawake, Jinsia na Watoto, Salome Mbatia, wiki iliyopita inadaiwa kusababshwa na mwendo kasi wa dereva wa gari lake ambaye alikosa mwelekeo na kisha kugongana uso kwa uso na lori aina ya Mitsubishi Fuso.


Katika ajali hiyo gari la Waziri huyo aina ya Nissan Patrol liligongana uso kwa uso lori hilo lililokuwa limesheni mbao kutoka Lupembe

kwenda makambako.


Baadhi ya watu walioshuhudia ajali hiyo ambao

hawakutaka kutaja majina yao walisema lori hilo

lilikuwa limetoka kusimama umbali mfupi kutoka eneo la ajali hiyo, hivyo halikuwa kwenye mwendo kasi.


Waliongeza kuwa eneo hilo lina mwinuko kidogo hivyo lori lenye mzigo mzito haliwezi kupandisha kwa kasi.


Kijana mwingine ambaye alikuwepo eneo ambalo lori hilo lilisimama, alisema wao walikuwa wanatengeneza lori jingine na kwamba lori lililopata ajali lilipofika mahali hapo

lilisimama na baadaye kuendelea na safari.


Aliongeza kuwa muda mfupi baada ya kukata kona

iliyokuwajirani yao walisikia mshindo mkubwa na

baada ya kwenda wakakuta ajaliiliyohusisha lori hilo na Nissan ilimokuwemo Marehemu Salome.


Wengine walisema dereva wa Nissan hiyo alikosa

mwelekeo baada ya kumkwepa mwendesha baiskeli na

kugongana uso kwa uso na lori hilo.


�Unajua kutokana na kasi aliyokuwa nayo dereva wa

Nissan, mara baada ya kumkwepa mwendesha baiskeli

alikosa mwelekeo na kukutana uso kwa uso na lori�, walisema.


Majeruhi wa ajali hiyo Dastani Gonza (26) ambaye nifundi wa kupasua mbao na mkazi wa Mufindi ambaye amelazwa wodi namba nne katika Hospitali ya Kibena wilayani Njombe, alisema walisimama lilipokuwa lori lililoharibika na mara baada ya kuanza safari, walipofika katika mwinuko walikutana na Nissan iliyokuwaimehama upande wake.


Aliongeza kuwa Nissan hiyo ilikuwa kwenye mwendo kasi na katika jitihada za kukwepana ziligongana uso kwa uso.


Alisema kuanzi majira ya saa kumi walipoata ajali hakujitambua mpaka alipopata fahamu akiwa wodini yeye na mwenzake.


Gonza aliumia kichwani mkononi na mguu wa kushoto

wakati fundi mwenzake Nicolas Lubuva aliumia shingoni, mbavu na kichwani.


Matroni wa Hospitali hiyo, Asia Mlimbila, alisema

majeruhi hao wanaendelea vizuri na kufahamisha kuwa Gonza anaweza kuinuka na kukaa kwa muda

lakini Lubuva hawezi kutokana na kuumia mbavuni.


Katika ajali hiyo Dereva wa roli hilo, Peter Mangula aliyenusurika katika ajali hiyo alitoroka na jeshi la Polisi linaendelea kumtafuta.
