Bora kufanya legal kwa sababu hata wakikataza wataendelea tuu kwa njia za uchochoroni,hayo mambo waachiwe wanawake na madaktari wao na wapenzi wao ndio waamue lakini kuweka sheria kukataza naona ni kupoteza muda tuu na msilete sababu za dini humu maana sio kila mtu anaamini mungu na sheria zetu hazijawekwa kufuata dini yeyote,kama wewe hutaki abortionmkwa ajiri ya dini yako then fine lakini usilazimishe wengine kutokana na dini yako!

You are wrong and you are going to hell for this one (jk). Fundi, abortion and dumping babies in dumpsters are both wrong. You can't make a moral equivalency and say one of them is more humane than the other.

The only humane thing to do is to birth the child and give it up for adoption. Killing it before it comes out of the womb is wrong and dumping it and leaving it to die after birth is also wrong. Giving up babies for adoption is not the best thing but it is highly encouraged over abortion and dumping.

No human being with a heart would do that to a defenseless human being, born or unborn. And if you had a soul you wouldn't support abortion. How can you say you support ending the life of another human being? How could you? You have no heart. Shame on you.

NB: No human being should choose to end the life of another human being. The only sensible and humane choice is to choose life not death.

Talking comes easy. How many of us are willing to adopt? When was the last time you visited an orphanage? Do you think all pregnancies are planned? What about victims of rape? What about underage kids who don't know any better? When did you start messing with girls? Do you know the destitution there is in our country? When was the last time you helped a single mother out? Without expecting any reward.

In another thread there is a story of kids being jailed ( and our jails make Oz look like a walk in the park) for not fingering their baby daddies. Now which smart kid is going to carry a child to term if that is the result?

My God is a just God. No way he/she is going to send me to Hell. On the other hand there is a specially painfull spot reseved for all hypocrites.

Don't tell me that you also oppose the death penalty?

Not the orphanage in Obama land! back home in Bongo. One thing though, never figured you for a choir boy! Appreciate and respectyour stand, especially when you extend it to those on death row.

Wakuu zangu ni muhimu sana tukumbuke kwamba hata sisi (WATU) pamoja na umaskini wetu tuna mila, tamaduni na desturi zenye miiko na maadili ambayo zinaijenga jumuiya yetu kama Watanzania...Na ni muhimu sana tuelewe hivyo kwanza kabla hajujahukumu kwani kwa kutoelewa mila na desturi za watu, ndio maana tunawalaani wanawake wa kiislaam kuvaa nguo ndefu na hijabu wakati hiyo ni culture ya watu wa Middle East kabla hata ya sheria hiyo kuwa ndani ya Uislaam..isipokuwa dini imesisitiza culture hiyo iendelezwe kwa kuelewa umuhimu wa mila hiyo ktk jumuiya yao. Utakuta mwanamke wa Kitanzania akipinga vazi hilo kwa sababu ambazo hajijengi kwani yeye mwenyewe huvaa khanga na vitenge ku cover area zile zile na akajiona kachomoka..

Hivyo utakuta Wayahudi, wakristu na waislaam waishio nchi hizo kuvaa nguo hizo hata kama sheria hiyo isingekuwepo. Nini hofu ya serikali ya nchi za kiarabu na hasa kuondoka kwa mila hiyo ni kwamba unaporuhusu kuondoka kwa sheria kama hiyo ua kijadi unakaribisha culture nyingine. Ni lazima kuna reprecement, na mara zote hutazamwa faida ya mila inayokaribishwa kutengua mbovu, lakini sii busara kuondosha mila kwa sababu tu nchi za magharibi zinafanya hivyo hali athari zake ni kubwa na mbaya kuliko ile ya asili.

Hivyo nirudi kwenye mada hii, sisi Watanzania swala la utoaji mimba ni haramu toka zamani kabla hata dini hazijafika.. Mume anayemweka mimba binti huadhibiwa kwa huozeshwa kwa nguvu..rape case nadhani ilikuwa ilikuwa kifo hivyo ukitazama utunzi wa sheria zetu pamoja na kwamba hazikuwa nzuri ilikuwa ni KUMLINDA mwanamke..Na mara zote sheria hutungwa KULINDA victims na kuadhibu wale wanaokiuka sheria hizo lakini kuhalalishi maovu hakuwezi kuwalinda wanawake bali kuwaongezea zaidi matatizo yanapohalalishwa..

Unapohalalisha Uotaji mimba ni ni sawa na kuwaambia wanaume (sii wanawake) kuwa mchezo wa kutia mimba wasichana wadogo, ku rape wanawake na kadhlika ni halali kwani ufumbuzi wa uovu huu unatolewa hoispital. Na ushahidi unaonyesha wazi kwamba nchi zote zinazoruhusu utoaji mimba zina ongezeko kubwa la uotaji mimba kila mwaka kuliko nchi zinazopinga sheria. Rape case na uasherati huongezeka lakini ni case chache sana hufikishwa mahakamani kwa sababu ufumbuzi wa hospital huificha siri kubwa..Ni rahisi kwa mwanamke kwenda kutoa mimba hospital akaficha yaliyotokea kuliko kuanika achafu uliotendeka, Hivyo mfumo mzima wa ruksa hii huwafuga wabakaji wakaishi baina yetu bila kuadhibiwa.

Ni muhimu kwetu kutambua kwamba mimba yoyote isiyotakiwa ni mimba iliyopatikana kwa uharamu fulani, hivyo yupo mwanamme mwenye makosa na anatakiwa kufikishwa mbele ya sheria ili kuwalinda wanawake ili kumwondoa mhalifu ktk society.

Kwa hiyo sheria kama hii ni lazima iambatane na vikwazo ambayo vitaifanya sheria hii kuwa almost impossible kwa mhalifu kushiriki au kuendelea na vitendo hivi. Ruksa ya kutoa mimba haipunguzi matatizo yanayotokana na mimba hizo isipokuwa inaongeza tatizo la mimba sizizotakiwa na pia kuondoa kabisa mila na desturi zetu zilizotujenga toka zamani..
Binafsi naamini kabisa kwamba mimba hutungwa kwa matakwa yetu, cases za rape ni chache sana kiasi kwamba hatuwezi kuhalalisha utoaji mimba isipokuwa kwa wale tu walioathirika, na Hospital itatumika kama sehemu ya kuponya (kuondoa mimba) cases ambazo zinakubalika ktk jumuiya yetu...
