The arbitration panel of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris has come out in favor of cancelling agreements signed in 2007 between the Senegalese government and ArcelorMittal concerning the Faleme iron ore mine in the north because of the Indian steelmaker's failure to honor its commitments.
