Voting CCM out of power is not defeating it but rather helping it get a chance to get derserved rest and thus facilitate its policy batteries being recharged...We should encourage CHADEMA to declare , just like CUF has done, that if its Presidential candidate Dr. Slaa wins , he will form a small technocratic government of national unity consisting of ministers drawn from CHADEMA, CUF, CCM, and NCCR parliamentarians who have a track record for being professionals with integrity and are efficient in providing leadership in the state or non-state sectors where they previously worked... Let every Tanzanian of good will pass the message out in the remaining couple of weeks before the election that all Tanzanians must vote to help CCM get out power in to help it become a better political party than it has become in the last decade or so...

The dream ticket would be Dr. Slaa of CUF as the President, Mr. Hamad Rashid of CUF as the Prime Minister, Prof Lipumba of CUF, as a nominated MP as the the Minister of Economic Planning and Finance, Dr. Magufuli of CCM as the Minister for Infrastructure and Public Works, and Prof. Tibaijuka of CCM as the Minister for Human Settlements and Urbanization, and Mr. Haji Duni of CUF, as a nominated MP, as the Minister for Internal Affairs. In such a dream cabinet, you may even have Dr. Salim Ahamed Salim of CCM, as a nominated MP, being the Minister for Foreign Affairs.

Yes, voting CCM out of powershould not be presented negatively as defeating this great party whose foreparents are TANU and ASP, and before that TAA!. Let the word go out that in this year's election it is a mark of patriotism/matriotism to vote for candidates of political parties other than CCM, except in some exceptional circumstances relating to an extremely small number of CCM candidates at the level of parliamentary and ward council seats. To vote to keep CCM in power is to vote to defeat the possibility of CCM ever getting a chance to sit back and reflect candidly on its glorious past as well as it recent ignominious betrayal of its historic mission to champion the cause of Pan Africanist socialism and self reliance.

Indeed, to vote CCM out of power is actually to vote to give CCM a chance to get deserved rest and thus facilitate its policy batteries being recharged.. If in this year's election Tanzanians deny CCM a chance to rest and recover its moral strength so it may lead again in a better way in the future, they will have no one to blame if thereafter this party becomes even more ensnared in the perfidious schemes of sections of the filthy rich who have captured CCM's top leadership structures and who may well be planning to ensure that even the bits of press freedom we now enjoy would be snuffed out to so as to make sure that their preferred choice becomes the president of Tanzania come 2015. This year's election is like no other since independence!!!!

Imani yangu ni kuwa zaidi ya asilimia 75 ya wale wanaojua kikoloni hawaitaki na hawataipigia CCM,,,,,, kasheshe liko kwa babu, bibi, baba, mama, na baadhi ya kaka na dada zetu wa huko Tanganyika ambako gazeti linalopatikana huko ni lile la kutoka china la kufungia chumvi kibandani kwa mangi...
