Man, lemme tell you a thing or two, at least:
1. I doubt if you really know what a word "reputable" exactly means, and if you do, please tell me the name of that "reputable media" you're referring to.

2. I've no doubt you're a Kenyan because only Kenyans in this region who're proud with English.

Unfortunately, you're not best English speakers even within East Africa because Uganda is far better in English than you guys!

So, why a feel of being simply the best while you're not?!

3. Sorry to disappoint you but outta there, Kenyans are known by Swahili and not English because you're not even among Top 3 English speaking countries even in Africa.

Thanks God, Tanzania is a top Swahili speaking country not only in Africa but throughout the world! Where do you guys top among the widely spoken languages even in Africa? Manake seems like you're just wandering around! Kwenye English hampo, Kiswahili hamkijui... yaani mpo mpo tu!! Why not trying to make Kikuyu great at least within EA borders so that you can finally own a real proud card with your own language?

4. Did I say outta there you're just known by Swahili and not English?! Probably you think I was mistaken, no I didn't!!

Worked in customer services and trust me, very few Kenyans can pass a verbal English test in English speaking countries like US, UK, Canada, Australia or even New Zealand!

WHY? Because you've terrible and irritating accent and so, in the ears of English speakers, you're only able to correctly speak a group of English words but you don't how to speak English!!

You're short in grammar and even worse in idioms preferred by English speakers during conversation!

Lastly but not least; naweza kutokea CNN, BBC, Al Jazeera au kwenye chombo chochote kikubwa (by coverage) cha habari duniani na kuitangazia dunia kwamba, "mimi ni miongoni mwa wazungumzaji wazuri kabisa wa Kiswahili duniani."

Je, unaweza kuwa na uthubutu wa kuutangazia ulimwengu kwamba nawe ni miongoni mwa wazungumzaji wazuri kabisa wa Kiingereza duniani?

Kama uthubutu huo hauna kwa sababu unafahamu pasi na shaka kwamba wewe si miongoni mwao, basi tushikane mikono kukifanya Kiswahili kuwa lugha kubwa duniani cuz' no matter what, you'll never be like the Brits, The Americans, The Aussies, the Canadians or even the Kiwis... sorry to disappoint you!!

Am writing a manual. Steps for you to take while climbing a tree. Don't wear your high heeled shoes Nalendwa. 😀 Ensure its the rainy season, Manure to Soil ratio 1:2. Mix in a 2ft diametre 1.5ft deep hole. Use a lot of water. Climb your tree very carefully. Water your climbed tree once in a while. 😀😀😀😀 Climb more than one tree.
