Real Madrid ❌ Celta Vigo mach analysis

First Half: Real Madrid didn't play to their usual rhythm, which made Celta more than comfortable at the back. Celta parked the bus, and Real only had one scorer upfront, which was Ronaldo, who is really off form. Therefore we couldn't breakthrough, which forced our players to shoot from distance alot.

Second Half: This was the worst half since Zidane took charge. Kroos was really in bad form, he couldn't control the midfield and his positioning was bad, which left gaps between the mid and the defence which had lack of concentration. Danilo exposed our left flank along with Varane in the first goal and this was also the reason we conceded the second one. Zidane brought on Morata to add to our goal scoring options, but Cris' movement limited Morata's effect, who was also not in the best of form. Later on, Benz was brought on to add depths to our team upfront, which worked, but then Karim missed an absolute sitter. Towards the end, Celta parked the bus effectively and wasted time efficiently, which a tired Real couldn't deal with.
