Duh, hii kwa sheria zetu inaruhusiwa kweli? kama ipo, ni vipi sheria zinawalinda hawa private investigator, maana kazi yake siyo ndogo, inahitaji sacrifice of lives, require highly trained professional personels etc. Example: NCIS, CSI ingawa wanakuwa wana-act but they reflect the real task of priviate investigators.
