Outlook. Connected to microsoft exchange

DEear all.

I hv a problem with my outlook where by i can send an e-mail to clients but whn they tried to reply to the same address thy cant reach me (kunipata).

What is the problem and what is the solution.

When i open into folder list in sync issues i found such messages

Mkuu muone administrator wako or nenda kwenye dos command prompt'jaribu kuping kama unazo ip address za email outlook ya company yenu'da easiest way andika kwenye dos command ipconfig\all zitakuja ip address chukua dns moja inaweza kuwa 192.168.1.200 hyo mia mbili ni ya email katika sehemu nilikuwepo mimi but waulize ip ya email ngapi halafu nenda kwenye dos andika pin followed by ip ya email outlook
