The house near the Dump site is probably worth half the street net worth of Mathare, and by that i mean people's year;y incomes not the sorry place they are in.
Notice the house has DSTV?that's another $50 a month in luxury service most Kenyans won't afford because they are stuck in analogue. How is that digital migration going? Do they have DSTV in mathare? The aerial view only gives Chang'aa pubs
And this is your favorite Tandale place, where all zoomed photo's of the area are taken during floods. That bridge is called Mto Ng'ombe bridge towards Kijitonyama ward. Anyone who takes shortcut from Morogoro road/magomeni area to kijitonyama/mikocheni knows the area.

Maeneo mengi ya mitaa ya Kariakoo yamefurika marundo ya taka zisizolewa kwa muda kama inavyoonekana pichani hapa ni nje ya Soko la Kariakoo. Haikuweza kufahamika chanzo cha kutozolewa taka hizo kuwa huenda magari ya kuzoa taka hizo pia yameharibika kama ilivyo kwa barabara nyingi za jijini Dar ama vipi.
