Wakuu mi ni kijana nimeathilika na vidogo vya kuongeza nguvu ya kiume kwa mda uleule ufanyao tendo ilo nina miaka karibu 3 tka niaze kutumia mwaka huu nimeona ni bora niache sasa tatizo lipo nikipiga kishindo kimoja ndiyo basi tena iyo mpaka asubuhi au saa nane za usiku nifanyeje wakuu niweze pona ili tatizo

Manya mazoezi ya kukimbia na kurukaruka, push up.

Usipende kula vyakula vilivyokonolewa, sukari, pombe na nyama choma, na kuangalia pivha za ngono.

Fanya hivi bila kukutana na mwanamke kwa miezi mitatu. Kikubwa ujiamini unaweza na utapona
