Boss for last 20th October i am following with Mohammed Salah (CIO), HR Risper, just give my NOC and experience letter and my dues. I have lost new job not to able to submit documents. Keep begging each one of them but no one cares so finally if i need to loose this is not fair. i have not spoken anything except my case.

I worked as planning & operations manager and general manager.
It hurts first when you do better for business and business man treat you like this way. In my entire life i have never been in this way situation.
Now it is up to them.

Its not your right you are looking for, from your posts, you seem to have this rage inside you, you were fed your bread and butter for more than three years, despite being a womanizer and a gambler at work, you were still given a good post bhai, because all fraudsters last temporarily and you my friend seem to have lasted just a little longer, you got too comfrotable, took too many commissions and in the end you were neither beaten nor asked to pay back all commisions. If you were really deported, how come you did not report any of this? Thank Holy Krishna for giving you this long of a time to work with GSM. Shame on you!!!!!

First you put your picture and name and than talk do not talk like mouse from hidden places. and if you work with GSM worry out your day might come more worst. so chill and do what u suppose to do.

I see your leverage here,and I dont think you are bluffing....I can see you can decimate GSM just by uploading some GSM crazy documents here and find themselves in deep shit with Magufuli...and Magufuli really do not play....

What I can see,if you really have jucy stuff,you can communicate with a serious journalist of any serious paper and you could literally dismantle GSM left and right...

What I see,GSM thinks you are bluffing,you dont have any papers with you to decimate them because they monitored your airport exit including your bags and contents...They are sure you have nothing bad...Maybe you have softcopies stashed in the cloud somewhere then you can really make a damage...

If they are not getting it until now,you can release just 10% of the stuff,and let them understand that you aint bluffing for nothing...

I dont think your compensation is not that big,they can call up and give all of your stuff and sign up NDA and everybody goes away peacefully.....

GSM can pay you up and clear this thing up,but they are playing the probability game that you might be bluffing with nothing to show which is really risky as they do not know that your friends who are still working there can send you documents anytime.

GSM will be making a big mistake thinking the remaining workers love them and will not side with you,traditionally workers do not like their employers,they will side up with you,which means they would be sending you juicy documents to decimate them up..

If I were Salah,I would give you your stuffs and call this thing done long time ago.

Ndio hatari ya kutokutatua tatizo mapema...

Huyu Salah angempa jamaa hela yake na haki yake yaishe mapema...sasa hii kitu wakiipata kitu kama Citizen hivi na huyu jamaa kawatumia full documents and siri zote na vielelezo,GSM will be in big trouble maana Magufuli anaweza chukulia ujiko hapo hapo!

Thanks for understanding, i am writing Salah and Risper Number might u can call them as they block my numbers.
Salah took full precaution to take all my personal belongings but they forget i have all details from 2015 till now. I still respect GSM and does not have issue with him as person, problems comes from some management staff who mislead owner for their own benefits.
We are professionals i have been called from Dubai to set up business and open stores, i did what i could do.
Unfortunately i was always in the eyes of some senior management because i used to talk directly with GSM.

People like some far family and some other like to feed without any proof.

It is human nature if i say some one is thief all the time u might start thinking the same.
Nevertheless i only request to clear my dues.

If it comes to publish in forum i can publish invoice packing list and people will surprise what exactly was happening by CFO, Finance etc.

I have asked Business times but still they not publish as i asked to hold ,thinking might i get my rights.
