Tula...ass of the world. Absolutely nothing to do there. No bombs, no mafia, no bears, playing the balalaika))) Only sad cold weather, snow/rain/snow during 7-8 months. Gloomy people, impudence saleswoman, expensive and anti useful food. The worst thing-the police. This is not your friend this is your enemy, sometimes frightening than chechens. And have chechens in police too... f*ck them!!. The Corruption thrives everywhere.
If you go to Russia, go only to St. Petersburg from June to September (even Moscow-but i don't like this city). Apartment in the center of the city costs about 600-700 USD with one room. Beautiful city, beautiful women, more or less normal people, great clubs,restaurants.
Super-fast internet almost everywhere (in Tula, too fast, the Internet in Russia is good everywhere). There are very few people who speak english it is true, sorry.
I am Russian, but I live abroad already 4th year. To live in Russia is NOT REAL. Even for russians.
It's not a life it is a fight for it, fight with the government, which spit on u. My grandfather passed all the German concentration camps during the Second World War, my grandmother was sitting without food and drugs in the besieged city at a temperature of minus 30 degrees Celsius. Now they have the pension little more than 6000 rubles (less than $ 200).
I love my homeland, Russia is a beautiful country, it is still a lot of extraordinary people living there:good, open, warm-hearted etc.
But Putin and Co. have made the huge pit from my country...better to run headlong!!!
