My Cell-Phone can'nt operate with m-pesa

My phone is Samsung Galaxy model SGH-i917; Software is Windows Phone 7. Can anyone come to the help as I'm unable to use locally,neither playing U-tube it prompts me for installation of software.

Windows Phone 7 does not support USSD, which is the technology used for M-Pesa, therefore WP7 can not work with M-pesa, you will need to get another phone. WP8 does support USSD.
To play youtube videos you need the YouTube app so go to the Marketplace and download one.
