It is my honor to congratulate you for applying to work with us through Bank Job Trainee Program advertised in Daily News and Mwananchi Local News Papers as well as ZoomTanzania
Unfortunately your name was not successful to be selected among the first 20 candidates who have already been contacted to attend the bank job training.
Dear esteemed candidate, previously we only intended to recruit 20 new staffs under Bank Job Trainee Program. But the bank executive human resource department has forecasted the need for additional 10 staffs that will be distributed in new branches expected to be opened in Geita and Kahama early this year.
Our consultant company is now closing the first phase of your CV evaluation and authentication of the details you submitted during job application so that upon approval and passing online aptitude test you can be selected to be among 10 additional staffs. I am happy to inform you that your application was among the best 30 among the shortlisted applicants who will sit for Final Online Aptitude Tes, followed by elimination to obtain the required additional number of 10 more candidates to the list. Only those who will pass this stage (test) shall be contacted, If you are not contacted until 20 April, consider yourself unsuccessful.

Following that, the management has decided to postpone the training which was expected to start on 1st April 2014 until the task of interviewing and selecting additional 10 candidates from the list of pending applicants is complete. So that, the training can commence at the same time and hence avoiding multiple trainings. The training is rescheduled to be conducted on May, 2014 at the Seminar Halls of Bank of Tanzania College – Capri point | Mwanza.
All successful candidates (candidates) will be subjected to a total of three months special training; After one month of theoretical training, the candidates will be working for the bank as employee on trainee while continuing with practical training classes of the remaining two months of the bank job training session . Your salary will be determined by the bank employment policy and your level of education (the minimum salary scale will be 680,000/= Net Salary for professionals and skilled staffs)

Once additional candidates have been identified for training, we will contact you through your phone and or email, to inform you the specific training date before publishing the names in the local newspapers.
The company will cover all the necessary and reasonable costs during the whole period (3 months) of the training. Remember to keep all your transport receipts for refund, and be informed that the company will NOT refund air tickets and five star hotel lunch, breakfast, dinner or accommodation.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience you might have encountered due to our adjusted training time table; this is for the betterment of our operations for the long run purposes by avoiding multiple recruitment trainings which is a very expensive.
It is my hope as a scholar and a professional you will understand our excuse, please if you think that our training schedule adjustment has in one way or another interfered with your plans and schedule, you are free to withdraw your appointment by writing to us via this email.
But in order to be certain with all the information regarding your application, the Training Consultant Specialists, headed by Mr Pius Mwesiga will be reviewing your application and Aptitude Test Results you will submitt for final confirmation and recommendation on whether you should qualify for the bank job trainee among the 10 additional candidates needed or be disqualified until next year's enrollment if any.

Mkuu nimeenda mwenyewe ofisi za mwanza community bank!! Wamesema hawawajui hao kina Pius Mwesiga!!
Hata wao wanasikia tu kwamba kuna watu walifanyiwa usaili na kuambiwa kutoa chochote!!

unajua nani unamuuliza nan pia inamata. kama itawezekana muulize huyo mama kuwa unataka kuonana na senior human resource manager wa MCB huyo pekee ndiye atakupa valid information. kwani huyo mama yy anaposition gan kwny hyo office? asije akawa tu secretary. kama ni utapel kwa nn MCB hawatumii vyombo vya habar kumaliza huu uvumi?

Aisee hii ngumu kumesa....matapeli wengine wote tunaconfirm soon wanapoanza kutapeli watu, lakini kwa hawa sijui kwanin imekuwa ngumu kufikia muafaka.

Mi naona inawezekana kuna ukweli, kwa maana MCB wasingeendelea kunyamaza wakati image yao ikiharibiwa na matapeli, ila swali ninalojiuliza ni kumba, je benki inayoanza operation kwa mara ya kwanza ina nguvu kiasi gani mpaka ianze kufungua na branches? au hawa 10 watakuja anza fanya kazi baadae?
 
Guyz hawa jamaa wakituma msg zao za kuomba mtonyo wanatuma kwa muda mmoja kwa watu wote?
