Jamani tusiwe wavivu wa kufaham na kufikiri. ICC wanaenda individuals na sio taifa. I am keen to know ICC wamepokea barua yenye content ipi from LHRC. Na ICC haendi mtu just because asingle person kauawa. Kwa Mwangosi peekeake , ICC is not a proper forum. I wonder for those of you claiming things you don't know. ICC does not proceed with a case unless a state concerned has failed to do so. It can't proceed with a singe person"s death, rather, there has to be mass atrocities. In most cases the ICC will ask the nation concern to establish an impartial forum to try the accused persons. Let me ask u guys with your tiny brains, do u think ICC will try to investigate , waste its time and resources for investigating the matter of Mr Mwangosi? There are the Alhasaads waiting in the wings. For those whom u don't know, there is an application by the East African Heads of state to bring the case of the accused Kenyans before the East African Court of Justice, and there are attempts of expanding the jurisdiction of the Court. Najua watu hampendagi ukweli mnapenda kupotosha umma Kwa ujinga wenu. Infact i am dismayed by the LHRC, they would have gone to the African Court on Human and Peoples" Rights just in Arusha. Wanapoteza hela na mda kwenda Hague for a fictitious case to be dealt by the ICC. If I were u I would have been shocked by the legal team of the LHRC.
