Watafiti wamegundua namna mpya ya kuvunja kanuni nne za afya ambazo liliwekwa zamani na bado ukawa na afya njema. Kanuni za zamani na mpya ni hizi hapo:

Unless if you are a vegetarian eat meat. You have enough enzymes to digest red meat. Only if you have gout. Meat is part of human diet. Without meat how will you replenish all the animal proteins that you waste every time you do.

Dont, I mean it dont make it a meal, but just enough to replenish the muscles that your body re cycles everyday.
