Tutaona na kusikia mengi sana yaliyojaa usanii wa hali ya juu katika safari hii ya kuelekea October, 2010 kutoka kwa viongozi mbali mbali ndani ya Chama Cha Mafisadi ili kuomba KULA (isomeke Kura) kutoka kwa Watanzania.

To the best of my personal understanding, Chiligati as a person is humble, very disdainful, and a man of people. His arrogance now is a product of being coerced in a barbaric and corrupt system. I also agree with you blaming him for having accepted to work under this system, which directly translates into him also being corrupt, irresponsible, barbaric, non-caring and all that qualities of bad governance. If he is really not falling into that list of shame of Kikwete and company, he better quits, or else he stays and faces the wrath in the very near future.

Mkuu una uhakika na ulichokisema kweli!?? Mimi kwa nimfahamuvyo huyu Waziri hana hizi sifa ulizompa na kama anazo basi zilishayeyuka kitambo! A man of the people hawezi kuwa na kauli kama alizowaambia wakazi wa Kigamboni, Bunju, Kunduchi na mengine wakati wa kushughulikia matatizo yao ya ardhi. He must have an alternative solution rather than those discouraging words even if anasimamia sheria za nchi na hayo wanayoita maslahi ya nchi lakini yasiyojali wananchi wenye!

Folks if you think aloud and tie up the loose ends, you will notice that the Chairman of CCM thru his TBC1 live discussion with wananchi last week plus the 2,000 sms and e-mails he received thereafter has now realized that there is a growing resentment against CCM within the people of Tanzania because of shielding party cadres who are alleged to be involved in grand graft. Indeed this is a dangerous situation with regard to CCM in 2010 general elections and thus a quick dispatch of Makamba to Urambo to see Mr Speaker. Meanwhile let Chiligati disown his earlier statements on the subject.
