Kuanzia jana nikiingia kwa mtandao wa Tanzania Daima. Napata "Auto Protect" ikionesha imeact kwa risk, na hiyo risk ni "Trojan.Maliframe!html", action ni kwamba risk imekuwa "Quarantined", kuna options za "clean" ama kudelete. Nikijaribu zote zinakataa.

Naomba msaada kwa anayejua hili tatizo, na jinsi ya kuliondoa.

Kama nilivyoahidi, kuwa kwa lolote nitasema nilifanikiwa ama la, leo nietumia masaa kibao kujaribu kuyatoa hayo ma trojans toka. Nimeshindwa kabisa kuyatoa, na kila nikiingia kwa gazeti la Tanzania Daima ambako niliyapata, ndio yanaongezeka, msaada wakuu.
 
Kwanza update browser yako kama ni internet explorer au la , update antivirus yako kisha scan system nzima ukiwa kwenye safe mode - halafu tumia utilities kama wintools au windows ad care kwaajili ya kusafisha baadhi ya vitu

Unatumia Antivirus gani mzee? Na browser gani? Maana mimi siapati kitu, na hiyo link ya Tz Daima naiomba labda nakosea.

Symantec Antivirus 10.2, browser ni Internet explorer (Windows Vista). Link ya Tanzania Daima ni freemedia.co.tz

Nimejaribu nimeshindwa, naona sasa ndio imeongezeka, ilikuwa 8 trojans, sasa ni 16 trojans. Nilijaribu kuupadate browser na antivirus kama ulivyoshauri. Symantec AntiVirus nikiiupdate inajaribu kuyaondoa, lakini inashindikana na kutoa message kuwa yamekuwa “Quarantinized” .

Shy, nashukuru, hii ni antivirus ni kali, yani imeondoa kila kitu, trojans na virus ambazo nilikuwa sijui zipo. Nimetumia ile trial ya 30 days. Symantec Antivirus sio kali, manake ilikuwa inaona tu Trojans, na kushindwa kuzitoa. NASHUKURU SANA KWA MSAADA.
