Wakuu naomba msaada wa kimawazo kwa wataalum wa sola na Bio gas.

Nahitaji ku pump maji ya kisima kwa kutumia moja ya power source mojawapo kati ya sola au bio gas ila hizi source ni DC ila Mimi nina water pump ya Ac.
Je ni sola ya ukubwa gani nitatumia ili niweze pump maji kwa masaa 4+ na garama yake ni kiasi fani?
Je ni bio gas ya ukubwa gani itanipa umeme wa kutumia masaa 4+ na garama zake zipoje ?

Mimi Nina uzoefu si haba kwenye mambo ya sola .Ili ujue gharama zake soma matumizi ya umeme kwenye hiyo pump uliyonayo ili tuanzie hapo.( Kila pump imeandikwa kiwango cha matumizi ya umeme inayotumia na huwa katika vipimo vya Watt(W) au horse power(HP).

kupata hiyo AC power kwa ajili ya motor yako ni swala la kununua tu Inverter hivyo hilo sio swala gumu ,swala la kitaalam hapo ni calculations za kujua una load kiasi gani ili ujue utanunua Pannel za ukubwa gani , battery za ukubwa gani , inverter ya ukubwa gani (incase kama ukiamua kutumia solar) ,but choice ya solar au biogas ni swala la kujua wewe una resource zipi inhand na una bajeti kiasi gani.

Tumia generator ya mafuta at least 2kva/au chukua 3kva kabisa.
Solar panels hapo utahitaji minimum 12 za 100W.

1HP= 746W.Hivyo ili kupata panels za kutosha 746W. Utahitaji panel kadhaa( kutegemeana na ukubwa wa hizo panel).Mfano kama panel ni ya 100w.Basi 746/100= 7.4~ Panel 8 Panels.Au kama ukubwa wa panels zako ni 150 basi 746/150=5.Hivyo utahitaji panel 5 za 150w.kila moja.
Kwa sasa bei ya solar panel sokoni ni kati ya Tsh 1000 na Tsh 1500 kwa kila Watt moja.

Solar VFD inaweza kurun even from 300watts which also varies flowrate depending on solar irradiance. I have played with this systems for 5 years now. Just V/f speed control technique.

What about starting.
Running is not a problem, what will be the starting current and how are you going to start a 1hp motor with 300W.
Please explain to me.

VFD prior to controlling speed of induction motor it can also be used to provide soft starting at lower and safe current.

Power = torque X speed
When an IM starts at rated power, it attempt to draw very high current to provide enough torque to overcome inertia(eqn above)

When you provide lower power than rated say 300w to the motor (say at rated voltage 230/400AC and 50Hz), the motor won't start.

A VFD(variable frequency drive) acts as a soft-starter by providing a reduced voltage (not 230) and frequency (not 50Hz) to the motor (V/f ratio control: 230/50 = constant to any set values ). By this way, reducing voltage a current is also reduced so does the output speed and torque.

It's a common technique in induction motor starting & speed control.
