Hivi kama aridhi ilipimwa kwa upimwaji shirikishi, then mtu akanunua kufuatilia kiwanja ulichonunua kimeingiliana na kiwanja cha mwingine(vyote vilipimwa kwa shirikishi)

Swali: inawezekana kukisajiri upya hicho kiwanja na nikapata hati yake? na kama ndio kipi kifanyike kwanza
 
Kama vilipimwa kwa cadastral survey halafu vikagongana, technically kuna possibility kulikuwa na error ya survey/coordinates, au
mmoja kati yenu ameingia kwenye eneo ambalo tayari limesajiliwa.

Iko hivi huwezi tu kusajiri upya kama kuna conflict ya mipaka iliyopo already registered or under allocation, nenda lands office ufanye checkup ya survey plan zote mbili.

Wao watafanya re survey au ground truthing kuona coordinates zipi ziko correct kama kuna overlap, wataamua kama ni rectification ya ramani au cancellation/adjustment ya mmoja baada ya hapo ndipo title issuance/registration itakuwa valid.
