Mimi ni kijana mwenye umri wa miaka 29, urefu wa cm 161 na uzito wa kilo 52
nilisikia kuwa uzito unaotakiwa ni (Urefu - 100= uzito stahili) kwangu mimi ni sawa na 161-100=61 hivyo nilitakiwa kuwa na uzito wa kilo 61 badala ya kilo 52 nilizokuwa nazo sasa.
kupitia JF napenda kufahamu haya
  1. Kuna matatizo yoyote ninayoweza kuyapata kwa kuwa na uzito mdogo?
  2. Nafsi yangu inatamani sana kuwa na uzito angalau kilo 61 je nifanyaje? nile vyakula vya aina gani?

Weka picha yako tukuthaminishe,hapa tutakuchana live kama upo sawa au inabidi uongeze kilo , ila ujue unene sio poa, utajuta siku ukianza nenepa. ingawa sijui wembamba wako ni unaonekana umekonda kama mgonjwa au vipi.

Cellulitis ni neno la kitaalamu linalotumika kuonyesha uvimbe wa cell.
Cell= cell kama za mwili zinazotengeneza tissues n.k. tis= uvimbe, Kwa mantiki hiyo swali lako bado halijajitosheleza kimaelezo. Ni kama umeeuliza nini dawa ya uvimbe? inaweza kuwa uvimbe unaotokana na kidonda, kugongwa na kitu n.k. Kwa mfano ukikwaruza na kitu kwenye ngozi na baada ya muda pale mahali pakawa na uvimbe kutokana na 'bacteria infection' hapo tutasema kuna cellulitis.
