"I suffer and I suffer even more when I see City play so wonderfully," says former United forward

Eric Cantona says Manchester United are "losing a generation of young players" due to their style of play under Jose Mourinho.

The manager's future at Manchester United has been brought into question in recent weeks, with the club 10th in the Premier League, and having lost 1-0 to Juventus in the Champions League.

Former striker Cantona - who won four Premier League titles under Sir Alex Ferguson - says he "suffers" watching United, and that young players are now looking to Manchester City for players and styles to emulate


"You can lose games but you take risks. You lose against Juventus and they have 70 per cent possession of the ball at Old Trafford. Could you imagine that with Ferguson on the bench?

"I suffer and I suffer even more when I see City play so wonderfully.

"I think kids need to have an example. They need great players, great movements, creative football to identify themselves to a player or a team. And I think they are now losing a generation of young players.

"These young players identify themselves to the way City play. Can we accept that? No."


"At United, they never give a chance to a player who knows the club from the inside, who knows the identity and philosophy of the club," he added.

"I don't want people to think I'm saying this because I want to be manager of Manchester United. It's just the truth.

"(Ryan) Giggs? Any player who wants to be the manager they should give them the chance.

Nikiitazama Liverpool inavyofanya vizuri na hawa wachezaji wao wa viwango vya kawaida nawashangaa sana wanaosema MUFC haina wachezaji wenye uwezo wa kufanya vizuri. Namshangaa zaidi tena José maana anaimba wimbo huo huo kwa siri.

Sarri alisema MUFC ukiangalia mchezaji mmoja mmoja ina wachezaji wazuri sana,hii inamaanisha José kazi ya ukocha imemshinda kama ameshindwa kuifanya timu icheze 'kitimu'​
 
Hilo halina mjadala..hii timu inahitaji marekebisho kidogo sana kuwa hata na uwezo wa kuchukua UEFA..

So I’ve just looked at the pl table and thought WTAF!!! We are in a terrible position and everyone at the club is responsible for this shambles of a start. Absolute disgrace we are atm!!! It’s not even the fact we’re 10th. It’s the points difference between us and the top 4 is absolutely embarrassing.

    Embarrassings the word mate although I could think of many others, think it was summed up last week by an Everton supporter on the radio when he said United now play like we used to under big Sam. Enough said.

    This year is different than the last few, not one dominant team and multiple top 4/6 talent teams. That means that unlike as in the past there will be no run away winner and while the Chelsea tie was a tough one to take, it will entirely rest on intra-big six records that make the difference and with a resurgent Arsenal being United's best friend as Arsenal are likely to take a bunch of points from City and Liverpool unlike the last few years. I believe that all contenders for Championship and top 4 will be within 6-7 points after Christmas and might encompass a total of 7 teams all within 7 points of each other. It's the goal differential issue that worries me more than points at this point.

    I would be happy if we are 4th this season, because where not playing well.
    Looking at the young talent what we hav at Martial and Rasford. Future looks pretty good if get a Manager who is willing to attack.

    Rashford is a "system" type player needs a team molded around his style and that's not what United is while Martial needs to be a full game player as his flips and tricks take time for him to judge the defenders. It's the too many chiefs not enough Indians and too many chiefs willing to be Indians too much of the time conundrum. It's the reason played best with either Ibra/Rooney or Pogba as captain and why Arsenal look so much better making Ozil captain because it removes a question in players heads as to who and what is expected. Still think we are within 6 points of first at Christmas but do need to go back to Bailly and preferably Rojo but Smalling would be ok if he is still hurt as a consistent central defense pairing. Bailly great at stepping up taking risks etc. but needs someone who is a safety blanket when they sense he is taking that risk. Jones and Smalling pairing is very placid and reactive which is why so often pinned back instead of pinning the other team as the offense goes forward. That is the point of all the problems as it changes the entire team and prevents midfield (Pogba/Martial/Sanchez) from staying forward to make runs and open up space for Lukaku who is not at his best when isolated against two defenders and playing back to goal. The defensive pairing exacerbates Lukaku's weaknesses and plays to Pogba's biggest fears of being caught upfield and eviscerated by coach press fans after the game. It's all very fixable with the current players in match and practice just needs to be the right and consistent defensive pairing always and no matter what, as in if one injured neither play

    +Brett Kendall It's everyone's, mate. Mourinho's management has been very strange this season though. His selections in particular have been baffling to me. Switching out players that worked in certain positions last season to place them in less convincing positions like taking Mata out of that problematic RW position when he's the best makeshift option there; moving Lingard from out of the centre & putting him out to the left; talking negatively of our CB's during preseason then swapping & changing our backline constantly even playing midfielders as CBs a few times it's no wonder we have no stability or confidence going on back there. Then Jose's body-language & the blase attitude, I'm really disappointed in him this season tbh. I passionately defended him the last two season as I felt the positive things he was doing & progressive signs were going unappreciated but it's a mess this season. I'm with him 100% on the annoyance of the lack of backing he got in the Summer but, even if I do think some United fans really overrate this squad, it's still should be doing much better than it's doing.

Sasa mkuu,kama mchezaji anacheza mechi moja anarudi bench mpaka baada ya mechi tatu tena ndo anacheza unategemea nini?

Leo mara Matic acheze ana Fellain,mara matic na pogba,mara Herrera awe beki,unategemea watajiamini waweze kucheza vizuri kila mechi?

Umeniuliza ni kocha gani naona anafaa,nafikiri mimi namkubali zaidi Carlo Ancelotti,huyu anaweza kutengeneza timu angalau hata ikawa na starting XI.

Ila kama alivyosema Cantona,bora wajilipue wampe Giggs au hata yeye maana wanajua falsafa ya MUFC.

Huyu José anatupotezea muda,msimu wa tatu huu hana starting XI,kila mechi anajaribu tu ili kuizuia timu pinzani. Waangalie Citizen, kikosi kinachocheza na Fulham ndio hicho kinachocheza na Liverpool.​
 
Baada ya mechi ya kesho mnaweza kuingia sokoni kumtafuta kocha mpya.. So far September & October yote mna 3 wins( All competitions).Kesho ni do or die for Mourinho. Come on Everton!!
