Hi everyone; I'm back. Some updates and new information: - We had advised M to write the original report in English but he refused arguing that this one was for the regular Tanzanians consumption so there was no need to put in Engglish. But, after a number of Human Rights Organisations have inquired about it our team is now working on releasing an English summary of the report. It should take us about seven days. - We have noticed some interesting patterns on the part of Lowassa and his team. All the evidence and intelligence we have collected point to the reality that Lowassa is going to categorically deny wrong doing in the Richmond Affair and would put total blame absolutely on Kikwete. They have had another meeting with some of their supporters in the past few hours on which way to go especially after Luhanjo's ridiculous defense and indictment of Kikwete's role in the whole affair. - Once he strike back at Kikwete and the people who have accused him of improprierty and corruption it is expected the act to usher a permanent rupture of his strategic friendship with Kikwete. This will officialy divide CCM into two camps as the party moves towards general election next year. The recent announcements about possible canditates are just a preludes of the oncoming collision between Lowassa's camp and Kikwete's. - Meanwhile as Chadema is moving towards its general election in a month or so there is a strong indication that Mbowe would finally give up the chairmanship to someone else. However, there are some people who still believe he should lead the party towards general election while others believe that the time has come for a new leadership to lead the party towards victories next year. He is expected to run for a parliamentary seat.
