Maana enzi za utawala wake aliwahi kutumia Presidential Decrees zifuatazo:

The Existing Laws Decree, 1965;
(iv)
Confiscation

Immovable
Property
Decree, 1964;

The Legislative Powers Decree, 1964; na
(vi)
The Cabinet Decree~, 1965:
