Mkuu Wazungu wanaivuna sana hii nchi. Rasilimali zikiisha ndio utaona. Think about Mugabe hadi alipewa OBE wakamnyang'anya alipokataa mambo yao. Kikwete can be summed up like this- he has a terrible inferiority complex. He knows he has no education, so he has to demonstrate he is educated. To do this he has to go to Europe and USA, address big gatherings (in English, wearing an impeccable tie) to be seen at ease and mingle with the likes of George Bush..... etc.
He knows that he has not achieved anything in his entire working life as a top civil servant (I am still to be told what did he achieve when he was minister of energy, finance or foreign affairs?) everything he got is through networking rather than genuine and honest hard working for it (goes for his education). To demonstrate achievement, he has to earn accolades from the Westerners even if his own masses despise him. He will do anything for ...
That is why he is the darling of the west. Be afraid, be very afraid of a president of a developing country who is 'the darling of the west'

It is bad enough to have a brother like that, needless to say, a president.

Once upon a time it used to be "tusi" to be called a darling of the west. Mobutu was their darling, so was Samuel Doe. But what they did to their country and their people is very shameful. As a Tanzania I feel ashamed to see my leader depicted as a darling of the west.

From my observation... JK nature is complex and a typical Nape young version... Younger was so full of ideologies thinking that he could represent his fellow Tanzanians... Knowing and full of confidence that once he was a leader of this poor country of us he could bring change not only to The Tanzanian Country - but to the people at an individual level... He had so much confidence that he will be the best ever Tanzanian President (that evident from his first election - alianza kwa kasi ya ajabu.... na very impressive) I believe he is a good man at heart and at one time was a Mzalendo.... One of the factors everything put under the cover by the Government under the CCM leadership (all the UOZO) He let out - Thinking that the majority Tanzanians will be thankful to him for ruhusa ya exposing those Uozoz done by his fellow party mates.... UNFORTUNATELY Not strong not capable enough to tackle the issues and most importantly deal with those in question.... of which he had so confidently given a go ahead to exposure (Mkapa is obviously enjoying the scene....)

BUT as time went on naona alitia adabu na kujua kua being a president does not mean you run things and make all the decisions in isolation - hasa kama your close friends and confidante are in that circle.... JK a man with a good heart YES. But no leadership quality.... Nature ya JK ni ile ya kusema awe amejaliwa mpunga mrefu na ale good time.... BUT Leadership..... HE IS A DISASTER.... And good enough naamini hata yeye kakubali kua sio Kiongozi mzuri.... Anajikaza tu na kutamani elections zije aachie ngazi - while at the time being aendelee kupaa....

The problem is not technology or what. From what I have observed ni kwamba in every country kuna ufisadi. Hakuna nchi isiyo kuwa na ufisadi lakini sisi its too much. Viongozi wanaiba too much wakishirikiana na wageni na inapo bainika hakuna hatua inayo chukuliwa hilo ndo linawaumiza watanzania. Ebu fikiria mtu anaiba mabilion ya ela ambayo hawez kuya spend yote katika siku za uhai wake. Kwakweli mimi sikuwahi kufikiria kama itatokea kikwete akawa rais mbovu asiye jua hata maana ya kiti alichokikalia. Yani is worse than you can imagine. Kama mtu anajibu kwan yeye Mungu mpaka aamuru mvua inyeshe mabwawa yajae wategemea nini. Najua hawez aamuru mvua inyeshe lakini kuwa kiongoz jua watu wamekuweka u solve matatizo na wakiwa na matatizo lazima utahojiwa. Ebu fkiria wanajeshi afghanistan wanabaka wanawake, kamanda wajeshi aliyeko marekan anajiudhuru. hapo ndo kuonyesha uwajibikaji hahoji kwani ye Mungu mpaka ajue kuwa huko wanajeshi wake wanabaka wanawake.

God forbid you were supposed even not to have access with this technology JF because your the symptoms of problem in near future and i think you have potential to become leader without a knowledge how come you gave up easily while countty like namibia angola and mozambique and botswana are doing great with thier resources without what you say we dont have. U dont know even batter tarde how it works.. Plaese if God has given you knowlegde try to think positive rather than to be mshabiki. You cant have good life, while isolating the majority suffuring in the poverty . that kind of life has shown a lot of failure as you see in UK.
