Being the member of this libs,i have learnt that with efforts nothing is impossible. I was talking to the owner of this lib Mr Kalembe, and he pointed out that if the community will wake up and know the meaning of Libs and their contribution to the development of education in our country, they would take steps to participate in enabling these libs improve the standards of their operation.
