Zomba how on earth could you blame your employee for failing to come to work because of the family problems, this appears to be your own poor corporate governance, put in place clear HR policies to manage those issues and see if you will have problem with tanzanian employees.

Instead of focusing your attention on our Eastern African brothers who are in our schools training our kids I suggest that you deal first with the illegal immigrants of Chinese and Indian origin who are busy peddling petty businesses and constructing substandard buildings in our cities and towns. In fact, I would suggest that we pass a law attracting educated and skilled foreigners especially Kenyans and Ugandans to come and assist us in areas where we are lacking skills and education is one of them. We could even naturalise them in the process.

In order for a Tanzanian to be qualified you need to have a secondary education with at least a certificate from a recognised teachers training institution.However for a kenyan,you just only need a second.certificateThe question is, there are no qualified Tanzanians for those posts?
