Stolen Kiss

It was the night of the wedding
of my best friend
There was singing and dancing
And wine of every kind
She was there too!

She came with her husband
And I with my wife
Never knew her beforehand
At least not in this life
Our eyes locked and I knew!

From a distance away
I watched her dance
I swore that day
It was the only chance
