Tofauti ya block na interlocking brick ni
> namna zinavyo-join to form a wall/structure.. Blocks utahitaji utumiaji mkubwa wa mortar while interlocking bricks utatumia kidogo sana i.e first line/layer tu
> dimensions za tofali la cement inategemea ni la inches ngapi, kuna 6,5 na 4.. kwa 8 kwa 15. Mchoro/ ramani yako itakuwa na maelezo ya aina ( kama ukiandaliwa na mtaalam wa ramani a.k.a architect)
> nyumba unayokadiria tofali idadi 2000 -2500 ni ngumu kusema mpaka tuone / tupate taswira ya uhitaji wako yaani ramani na eneo unalotarajia kujenga
 
From an aesthetic point of view, structures constructed from these blocks look cheap, have "rural" written all over them, and are basically unappealing to the eye.

Keep dreaming and thinking backwards, the essence of these bricks is to cut and minimize cost, but if you are aiming at aesthetic sophisticated 'urban' look that quench your eyes desire you came to the wrong post comrade.

"keep dreaming" of what? You have a problem with my opinion? There's no such thing as "wrong post" ever! On the other hand, I bet poor sales of your product due to low popularity must be a reality for you. Have a great day, ma'am

Hii discussion inayoendelea ni nzuri sana ILA ningefurahi kama angepatina mtu wa kutufanyia alau mlinganisho wa gharama kwa kutumia mfano unaokaribia ukweli kwa ujenzi wa kutumia Blocks vs Interlock blocks.
Note: Hawa jamaa wa NHBRA mbona siwaoni ktk hii thread?

kwa nyumba ya vyumba vinne standard vya kulala,sebule la kiasi,jiko,choo,dining na study room inaweza kuchukua tofali ngapi kwa makadirio
 
Kwa mnaohitaji mlinganisho/ uwiano wa gharama..mosi tutambue ujenzi unatofautiana kutokana na eneo husika, material availability ina effect kubwa mno, ila kwa kusaidia kupata uwiano... Pata gharama ya "boma" (structure) chukua 30% material cost, 40-60% time, 50% labour cost and 20-35% finishing costs... Hizo ndio savings za hii alternative

Here are some of the bricks, consists of clay soil, processed compressed and ready to be burnt.. Pilot project at Dodoma, 2018.

.nimekuwa nikipata simu za maulizo, naomba kutaarifu umma sifanyi mauzo ya mashine, ila tunaweza kukushauri na ku assist purchase pale tu tutakapoona inawezekana, tunadeal na product ya bricks zenye interlocking mechanism, sio "hydraform" (commonly known za msauzi).
