Her excellency President of URT Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan has in a carefully calculated manner has proveked a wake up call to.. not one but all of East African Nations on how should we deal with proxy wars against neo colonialists.

She has reminded the incumbent authorities across East Africa that we are not dealing with incountry insurgents but we should wake up and deal with the longing bandits from abroad.

Pavlov who was a great psychoscientist did his famous experiment by giving the dogs a flesh which it was their normal most wanted food and he kept on observing how they react..and he further went on to condition them that if you want meet then do this.
