Good to see you again!, mwenzangu New Year resolutions za kawaida 'loosing weight'...lol!, but for me this time nifanye kweli cause after the holiday feast I found am couple oz heavier

Congrats!...trust me with all the 'baby's runs' you'll sure loose it in no time, nimemuona boss angu jana she was on ujauzito vacay for a couple of months and she just came back, yani I couldnt believe it when I saw her the way she's lost weight na kuwa mdogo than even before she was preggers!, nikauliza ni nini akasema kunyonyesha zaidi, so dear am sure you know tht but just a reminder, NYONYESHA TU SANA, it burns calories like nobody's business!

Mi I have a very high metabolism and am active too, I never really keep weight that much and that long but this year I think nimedata...lol!
