A headteacher called the police after she discovered pupils were plotting not to smile on a school photo.
Ann Hughes was so angry when she discovered a group of children at Ysgol Goronwy Owen primary school in Angelsey, north Wales, were planning to ''spoil'' the picture that she called in a police officer to reprimand them.
Mrs Hughes already faced a number of complaints from pupils at the school, including repeatedly calling one student 'stupid' and ripping up a another's exam paper for spelling his middle name wrong.
Ms Hughes is alleged to have caused a climate of ''fear'' at the primary school following the incidents.
She was suspended from her post and later dismissed.
