It is a fact that, during 1994 massacre, the number of hutus killed by rpa is more than double that of tutsi. The president of interahamwe at the time of the supposed genocide against tutsis was a tutsi called robert kajuga ambaye ndugu yake alimlipia ada ya shule mke wa kagame.

Jerry Robert Kajuga was the national president of the Hutu extremist militia, the Interahamwe,[SUP][1][/SUP] which was largely responsible for perpetrating the Rwandan Genocide in 1994.
Ironically, he was from a Tutsi[SUP][2][/SUP] family whose father had acquired Hutu identity papers for his family. In order to avoid any kind of suspicion about their family being Tutsi, Robert Kajuga kept his brother hidden at the Hôtel des Mille Collines in Kigali.

Kajuga fled Rwanda in 1996, taking refuge in nearby Congo for 2 years, before being arrested by UN Security forces and standing trial in Kigali and being sentenced to life imprisonment for war crimes.
